In plain EnglishThis tool turns one kind of Steam ID into all the others. Paste any Steam ID or profile link and it shows every format.
What is a SteamID64?
A SteamID64 is the 17-digit number Steam uses internally to identify one account, for example 76561197960287930. It never changes, even when the profile name or custom URL does, which is why ban checkers, trade sites and game servers ask for it. Paste any profile link above and the converter shows the account's SteamID64 instantly.
The Steam ID formats
- SteamID64 is the long 17-digit number, used in profile URLs and most APIs.
- SteamID looks like STEAM_1:0:11101, the classic format from Source games and server logs.
- SteamID3 looks like [U:1:22202], common in modern tools and RCON.
- Account ID is the raw 32-bit number that all the others are built from.
What you can paste
Drop in any of the formats above or a full profile link that contains /profiles/ followed by the long number. The converter figures out which format it is and fills in the rest, ready to copy.
Custom URLs
A custom profile link like steamcommunity.com/id/yourname uses a vanity name, not the ID itself, so it cannot be converted offline. Paste one anyway and the tool hands you straight to the Steam profile and a resolver that turns the name into every format - or open the profile, switch the URL to its /profiles/ version, and paste that number here.
Copy, open and share
Every format has its own copy button, or use Copy all to grab them in one block. Open in Steam jumps straight to the profile in the Steam client, and the quick links check the same account on SteamRep, SteamDB and SteamLadder. The address bar updates as you type, so you can bookmark or share a finished conversion just by copying the link.
