01User Eligibility and Representations

By using the Services in any capacity — including browsing, purchasing, or downloading software — you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Persons under the required age are strictly prohibited from using the Services.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement and to be bound by its terms.
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to international trade embargoes or sanctions that would prohibit this transaction.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, including bots, scrapers, or scripts.
• All information you provide during registration or checkout is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that the use of game modification software may violate the terms of service of third-party games and platforms, and you take full personal responsibility for any and all consequences thereof.

If any of the above representations is or becomes false, your right to use the Services terminates automatically and without notice.

02Educational & Intended Use Policy

GCS Cheats distributes software tools, configuration files, and related informational content exclusively for the following permitted purposes:

• Software security research — analysis of anti-cheat systems, memory protection mechanisms, and game client architectures in isolated, offline test environments.
• Educational study — understanding game engine internals, rendering pipelines, and real-time data structures for academic or professional development purposes.
• Private offline testing — evaluation of software behavior in non-public, non-competitive environments where no third-party terms of service apply.

GCS Cheats does not endorse, facilitate, or encourage the use of any software distributed through this site in live online multiplayer environments, ranked competitive modes, or any context in which such use would violate the terms of service, EULA, or applicable law of any third-party game, platform, or service.

By purchasing any product, you expressly represent that your intended use falls within the permitted purposes above. The user assumes sole and complete legal, financial, and disciplinary responsibility for any use that deviates from these stated purposes.

03Reseller Disclaimer and User Responsibility

GCS Cheats operates as an authorized reseller and distributor of third-party software license keys and related products. We are not necessarily the original developer of the underlying software and have no control over its source code, update schedule, or continued availability.

• A license key purchased through this site grants access to the software as described at the time of purchase. It does not guarantee functionality in any specific game, on any specific operating system version, or against any specific anti-cheat solution.
• The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the software complies with the terms of service, EULA, and community guidelines of any third-party game, platform, or service.
• Compatibility, feature availability, and software detection status may change at any time due to game updates or anti-cheat patches. Such changes do not entitle the buyer to any refund or replacement.
• Jurisdictional Legality: The legality of distributing, possessing, and using game modification software varies significantly by jurisdiction. In some countries — including but not limited to South Korea, Japan, and Germany — such software may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited by law, including criminal law. The purchase of a license key does not constitute legal advice or a representation that such use is lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.
• GCS Cheats disclaims all liability for any legal, financial, or disciplinary consequences arising from the buyer's use of software in violation of any applicable law, regulation, game policy, or platform rule.

04Software License — Scope and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, GCS Cheats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the software solely for the permitted purposes described in Section 2 and for the duration of the license period purchased.

This license expressly prohibits:

• Sharing, distributing, leasing, sublicensing, or reselling your license key or access credentials to any third party.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from any part of the software.
• Modifying, translating, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the software.
• Using the software on more simultaneously active machines than specified in your license tier.
• Circumventing, removing, or altering any license verification, hardware fingerprint check, or software protection mechanism.
• Providing the software loader, executable files, memory signatures, or any component to any anti-cheat company, game publisher, regulatory body, security researcher, or law enforcement agency.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the GCS Cheats website or software delivery infrastructure.

Any use outside the scope of this license is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate, automatic termination of your license without refund.

05Prohibited Activities

In addition to the license restrictions in Section 4, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Services to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Submitting false or misleading information during registration, checkout, or support communications.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site or networks connected to the Site.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or engaging in abusive behavior toward GCS Cheats staff, agents, or other users in any channel including Discord, email, or on-site messaging.
• Publicly disparaging or making false claims about GCS Cheats, its products, employees, or business practices.
• Using the Services to build or support a competing business or to compile competitive intelligence.
• Uploading or transmitting any virus, malware, Trojan, or other malicious code through the Services.
• Collecting, scraping, or harvesting user data or information from the Site without express written consent.

06Anti-Cheat Detection Risk and Software Updates

Game modification software by its nature interacts with game processes and memory in ways that anti-cheat systems are designed to detect. You acknowledge and accept all of the following without reservation:

• No guarantee of undetectability. No software can be guaranteed to be permanently undetected. Anti-cheat systems including Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC), Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), BattlEye, FACEIT Anti-Cheat, Riot Vanguard, ESEA, GameGuard, and others are continuously updated and may detect any software at any time without prior warning.
• Status labels are informational only. Labels such as "UNDETECTED" or "SAFE" on product pages reflect the known status at the time of the most recent internal test. This status may change at any moment. GCS Cheats assumes no liability for detection events occurring after purchase.
• Update windows. When a game receives a major update or when an anti-cheat detection pattern changes, products may enter a temporary suspension period. During such periods, software access may be restricted in the interest of user account safety. No refund or license extension is guaranteed during update windows.
• Software-side bans. Detection may result in in-game account bans, HWID bans, IP bans, or permanent exclusion from a game's online services. GCS Cheats is not liable for any such ban under any circumstances.
• Manual review bans. Game publishers may employ human review teams that analyze gameplay footage, statistics, and player reports. Even software that bypasses automated detection may result in a ban via manual review. GCS Cheats is not liable for bans resulting from behavioral analysis by any third party.
• You accept that the inherently adversarial and rapidly changing nature of anti-cheat technology makes it impossible for GCS Cheats to guarantee ongoing functionality or undetected status, and you accept this condition as a fundamental term of your purchase.

07Hardware Compatibility and System Requirements

Prior to purchase, you are solely responsible for verifying that your hardware and software environment meets the requirements specified on the relevant product page. Failure to do so does not entitle you to a refund.

• Software products may require specific Windows versions, hardware architectures (AMD vs. Intel CPU, specific GPU generation), virtualization status, or kernel-mode driver conditions. Requirements are listed on a best-effort basis and may change without notice.
• The use of virtual machines, hypervisors, sandboxes, or emulation environments is not supported and may render software non-functional. No refund will be issued for incompatibility arising from such environments.
• Certain products — particularly external cheats and DMA (Direct Memory Access) solutions — require specific hardware peripherals such as a PCIe DMA card. The cost and setup of such hardware is the buyer's sole responsibility.
• Operating system updates, driver updates, or changes to hardware configuration made after purchase that result in software incompatibility are not grounds for a refund or replacement.
• Antivirus software, Windows Defender, Secure Boot, Kernel Patch Protection (PatchGuard), and third-party security tools may conflict with the software. Configuring or managing such software is the user's responsibility. GCS Cheats assumes no liability for system instability, data loss, or operating system damage arising from software conflicts.

08Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. GCS Cheats reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.
• Refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred.
• Modify, discontinue, or restrict the availability of any product or service without notice or liability.

You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees, which are the buyer's sole responsibility.

Cryptocurrency payments, where accepted, are final upon blockchain confirmation. If you send cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address, or in the wrong amount or currency, GCS Cheats accepts no liability and will not issue any replacement or refund. Always verify wallet addresses before initiating a transfer.

Payments processed through third-party gateways (including Mollie, Stripe, or similar processors) are subject to that processor's own terms. GCS Cheats is not liable for errors, outages, or disputes arising within third-party payment infrastructure.

09Refunds, Replacements, and Digital Content Policy

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• Software license keys are digital content delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. You explicitly waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) with respect to digital content made available to you immediately following purchase, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• No refund will be issued due to software detection, account ban, HWID ban, or any ban-related loss of game account value or virtual assets.
• No refund will be issued due to a game update, anti-cheat patch, or game publisher action that renders the software temporarily or permanently non-functional.
• No refund will be issued due to hardware or software incompatibility that you could have identified prior to purchase by reviewing the stated system requirements.
• No refund will be issued due to user error, including incorrect configuration, failure to follow setup instructions, installation on a banned machine, or use with an unsupported game version.
• No refund will be issued due to a change of mind, purchase of the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase.
• No refund will be issued for unused license time remaining on a subscription terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the buyer.

In exceptional circumstances, GCS Cheats management may issue a replacement license key for the same product at its sole discretion. This is not a right and does not constitute a precedent for future claims.

10Fraudulent Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks

GCS Cheats maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment use, and payment disputes initiated in bad faith. By completing a purchase, you agree that:

• You will not initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor except in cases of provably unauthorized use of your payment credentials by a third party.
• Initiating a chargeback after receiving and using a license key constitutes fraud. GCS Cheats reserves the right to pursue recovery through all available legal channels, including debt collection and civil litigation.
• Upon detection of a fraudulent payment or bad-faith dispute, your license key(s) will be remotely disabled and all account access terminated immediately and permanently, without refund or notice.
• You will be permanently banned from the Site, all GCS Cheats community channels (including Discord), and from making future purchases through any method.
• We reserve the right to submit to payment processors and relevant authorities any evidence of fraud, including purchase records, IP address logs, hardware fingerprints, email addresses, communication records, and software usage data.
• We reserve the right to share confirmed fraud information with other software vendors and community operators in the interest of protecting the broader community.

11Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge, understand, and voluntarily assume all of the following risks as a condition of using the Services:

• Account loss. The use of game modification software is a known violation of the terms of service of virtually all major online games and platforms. You accept the risk of permanent suspension or termination of your game account(s), including loss of any purchased in-game items, currency, skins, ranked progress, season rewards, achievements, or any other digital value associated with those accounts.
• Hardware bans. Anti-cheat systems may implement hardware-level bans that prevent any account created on the same machine from accessing a game or service. You accept the risk of such bans, including the potential need to spoof or replace hardware components to resume play.
• Financial loss. You may lose the monetary value of game accounts, in-game purchases, and related digital assets as a result of bans or enforcement actions. GCS Cheats is not liable for such loss under any circumstances.
• Legal exposure. In certain jurisdictions, the use, distribution, or development of game modification software may give rise to civil liability or criminal penalties under computer misuse laws, intellectual property law, or other applicable statutes. You acknowledge this risk and accept sole legal responsibility for your actions.
• System instability. Kernel-level and driver-based software may cause system instability, BSOD errors, data loss, or operating system damage. GCS Cheats is not liable for any damage to your hardware, software, or stored data.
• Reputational consequences. Use of cheats in online games may result in public exposure, community bans, or reputational damage within gaming communities. GCS Cheats is not liable for such consequences.

Your purchase and continued use of GCS Cheats products constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all risks described in this section and throughout these Terms.

12In-Game Suspensions, Account Bans, and Virtual Asset Loss

GCS Cheats is not liable for any of the following consequences arising directly or indirectly from use of software distributed through this site:

• Temporary or permanent suspension, termination, or deletion of game accounts on any platform — including Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, Battle.net, EA App, Riot Client, or any other distribution platform.
• Loss, forfeiture, or inaccessibility of in-game virtual currency, cosmetic items, weapons, skins, ranked tier, competitive points, battle pass progress, or any other digital asset of real or perceived value.
• HWID bans, IP bans, or device-level restrictions imposed by game publishers or anti-cheat operators.
• Competitive ranking penalties, demotion, or exclusion from ranked or tournament play.
• Social or reputational consequences within game communities, including report-based penalties or community bans.

No refund, compensation, or replacement will be issued under any of the above circumstances, regardless of whether the software was in an "UNDETECTED" state at the time of use or whether detection was the result of automated or manual review processes.

13Third-Party Games, Platforms, and Services

GCS Cheats is entirely independent of and unaffiliated with any game developer, publisher, platform operator, or anti-cheat provider. Specifically:

• GCS Cheats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Valve Corporation, Epic Games, Riot Games, Activision/Blizzard, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Battlestate Games, Facepunch Studios, Respawn Entertainment, Behaviour Interactive, Crytek, Hi-Rez Studios, or any other game developer or publisher whose games may be referenced on this site.
• All game names, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Their mention is for descriptive and informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• GCS Cheats does not distribute, host, or reproduce any copyrighted game files, proprietary source code, engine assets, or protected intellectual property belonging to any third party.
• Any links to third-party websites, Discord servers, documentation portals, or external services are provided for convenience only. GCS Cheats does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.

14Account Termination and Access Revocation

GCS Cheats reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all Services at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause. Your access will be terminated immediately and without refund in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms, including prohibited activities, misuse of software, or violation of the license scope.
• Initiation of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment dispute.
• Providing false information during registration or checkout.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GCS Cheats staff or community members.
• Sharing, distributing, leaking, or selling GCS Cheats software, loaders, or license keys.
• Any activity that GCS Cheats reasonably believes poses a legal, financial, reputational, or operational risk to the Company.

Upon termination: (a) your license key(s) will be remotely disabled; (b) your access to any GCS Cheats customer portal or communication channel will be revoked; (c) you will be permanently blacklisted by email address, IP address, and hardware fingerprint; and (d) no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your license period. GCS Cheats may also terminate or modify the Services, in whole or in part, for any business, technical, or legal reason, without liability to you.

15Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the GCS Cheats website — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, user interface designs, code, and documentation — is the intellectual property of GCS Cheats or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from this Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from GCS Cheats.
• GCS Cheats does not host, distribute, or sell any copyrighted game files, game binaries, or proprietary assets belonging to any third-party developer or publisher.
• Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Use of such marks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
• If you believe that any content on this Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Section 24.

16Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL SOFTWARE, CONTENT, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GCS CHEATS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED BY ANY ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEM AT ANY TIME.
• ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• ANY WARRANTY THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT UPDATES WILL BE PROVIDED WITHIN ANY PARTICULAR TIMEFRAME.
• ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT ON THE SITE.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM GCS CHEATS OR THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

17Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GCS CHEATS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND;
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS;
• LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNTS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, IN-GAME CURRENCY, OR OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS OF ANY KIND;
• DAMAGE TO HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OPERATING SYSTEM, OR STORED DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES;
• LEGAL FEES, FINES, PENALTIES, OR OTHER COSTS ARISING FROM THE USER'S VIOLATION OF ANY THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF SERVICE, EULA, OR APPLICABLE LAW;
• ANY OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

IN ALL CASES, GCS CHEATS'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GCS CHEATS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF GCS CHEATS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GCS Cheats and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of the Services or any software distributed through the Site.
• Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection, computer misuse, or intellectual property law.
• Your violation of the terms of service, EULA, or community guidelines of any third-party game, platform, or service.
• Any claim by a third party — including game publishers, anti-cheat operators, or regulatory authorities — arising from your use of the software.
• Any false or misleading representations you made in connection with your purchase or use of the Services.

GCS Cheats reserves the right to assume exclusive control over the defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, at your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with our defense of any such claim.

19Force Majeure

GCS Cheats shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Game developer patches, engine updates, or structural changes to a game's client or server architecture that disrupt software functionality.
• Emergency anti-cheat updates, detection signature changes, or new kernel-level protection measures deployed by any anti-cheat operator.
• Actions by game publishers, platform operators, or regulatory authorities that restrict or prohibit access to or distribution of game modification software.
• Failures of third-party hosting, payment processing, or software distribution infrastructure.
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access to Company systems.
• Acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, government regulations, war, civil unrest, or any other event beyond the Company's reasonable control.

During a force majeure event, the Company's obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If a force majeure event renders software non-functional, this does not entitle you to a refund unless GCS Cheats, at its sole discretion, determines otherwise.

20Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, not in court. You expressly waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity only. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.
• Informal Resolution First: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact GCS Cheats in writing and allow 30 days for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved informally within that period, either party may proceed to arbitration.
• Arbitration Procedure: Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration body under its applicable rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Costs: Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was brought in bad faith, in which case the claimant shall bear all costs.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, GCS Cheats reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, protect intellectual property, or enforce the license restrictions in Section 4.

21Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, excluding any conflict-of-law rules that would cause the laws of another jurisdiction to apply.

To the extent that any matter is not subject to arbitration under Section 20, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by GCS Cheats for resolution of such matters and irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of such jurisdiction or any claim of inconvenient forum.

22Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and GCS Cheats with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

No Waiver: The failure of GCS Cheats to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of GCS Cheats. GCS Cheats may assign its rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

23Electronic Communications and Modifications

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from GCS Cheats by email or on-site notification. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

GCS Cheats reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. GCS Cheats is not obligated to notify individual users of changes, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.
