01User Eligibility and Representations

By using the Services in any capacity (including browsing, purchasing, downloading software, or accessing any customer portal) you represent and warrant that each of the following statements is true and will remain true throughout the duration of your use:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Persons under the required age are strictly and absolutely prohibited from using the Services, and any purchase made by or on behalf of a minor is void and subject to immediate termination.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this binding agreement and to be bound by its terms, conditions, and obligations.
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to international trade embargoes, economic sanctions, or export control restrictions that would prohibit this transaction or the delivery of digital content under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of any game developer, game publisher, platform operator, anti-cheat software developer, or law enforcement or regulatory authority, and you are not accessing the Services on behalf of or for the benefit of any such entity for any investigative, enforcement, intelligence-gathering, or competitive analysis purpose.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts, without the express prior written consent of GCS Cheats.
• All personal information, payment details, and other data you provide during registration, checkout, or support interactions is accurate, current, complete, and not fraudulently obtained. Providing false, misleading, or stolen information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You understand and unconditionally accept that the use of game modification software may violate the terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULAs), and community guidelines of third-party games, platforms, and services, and you take full personal responsibility for any and all legal, financial, disciplinary, and reputational consequences that may follow.
• You are purchasing the Services for your own personal use and not for resale, redistribution, or delivery to any third party.

If any of the above representations is or becomes false at any time, your right to use the Services terminates automatically and without notice, and GCS Cheats reserves the right to disable your license keys and pursue recovery of any damages.

02Educational & Intended Use Policy

GCS Cheats distributes software tools, configuration files, and related informational content exclusively for the following permitted purposes:

• Software security research: analysis of anti-cheat systems, memory protection mechanisms, kernel-mode driver architectures, and game client implementations in isolated, offline, or private test environments where no third-party terms of service apply.
• Educational study: understanding game engine internals, rendering pipelines, memory address structures, and real-time data systems for academic, professional development, or software engineering purposes.
• Private offline testing: evaluation of software behavior in non-public, non-competitive environments where the user controls all participating systems and no other players or third-party services are affected.

GCS Cheats does not endorse, facilitate, condone, or encourage the use of any software distributed through this site in live online multiplayer environments, ranked or competitive game modes, or any context in which such use would violate the terms of service, EULA, applicable law, or community standards of any third-party game, platform, or service. Products are sold with the explicit understanding that such use is the buyer's sole decision, made with full knowledge of the associated risks and consequences.

By purchasing any product, you expressly represent that your intended use falls within the permitted purposes above, that you have independently evaluated the legal landscape of your jurisdiction, and that you have not relied on any statement made by GCS Cheats staff or representatives regarding the legality of your intended use. The user assumes sole and complete legal, financial, and disciplinary responsibility for any use that deviates from these stated purposes or that violates any applicable law or agreement.

03Reseller Disclaimer and User Responsibility

GCS Cheats operates as an authorized reseller and distributor of third-party software license keys and related products. We are not necessarily the original developer of the underlying software and, in many cases, have no control over its source code, update schedule, anti-detection methodologies, internal feature set, or continued availability.

• A license key purchased through this site grants access to the software as described on the product page at the time of purchase. It does not guarantee functionality in any specific game version, on any specific operating system version, with any specific hardware configuration, or against any specific anti-cheat solution.
• The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the software complies with the terms of service, EULA, and community guidelines of any third-party game, platform, or service before, during, and after purchase. GCS Cheats does not review, monitor, or enforce compliance with third-party terms on the buyer's behalf.
• Compatibility, feature availability, and software detection status may change at any time and without notice due to game updates, platform patches, operating system changes, or anti-cheat signature updates. Such changes do not entitle the buyer to any refund, replacement, or license extension.
• Where the software is developed and maintained by a third-party developer, GCS Cheats acts solely as a distribution intermediary. We make no warranty as to the quality, safety, reliability, or continued operation of the underlying software developed by third parties, and we accept no liability for defects or failures originating from the developer's code or infrastructure.
• Jurisdictional Legality: The legality of distributing, possessing, and using game modification software varies significantly by jurisdiction. In some countries (including but not limited to the Republic of Korea, Japan, Germany, and China) such software may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited under criminal law, computer misuse statutes, or intellectual property law. The purchase of a license key does not constitute legal advice or a representation that such use is lawful in the buyer's jurisdiction. You are solely and exclusively responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties. GCS Cheats disclaims all liability for any legal, administrative, financial, or disciplinary consequences arising from the buyer's use of software in violation of any applicable law, regulation, game policy, or platform rule in any jurisdiction.
• If you are uncertain about the legality of purchasing or using this software in your jurisdiction, you must seek independent legal advice before completing any purchase. The completion of a purchase constitutes your representation that you have either confirmed the legality of the purchase or accept all legal consequences personally and without recourse against GCS Cheats.

04Software License: Scope and Restrictions

Subject to your full and continuing compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, GCS Cheats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the software solely for the permitted purposes described in Section 2 and for the duration of the license period purchased. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise beyond those expressly stated herein.

This license is personal to you and is bound to the hardware fingerprint associated with your purchase. This license expressly prohibits:

• Sharing, gifting, transferring, distributing, leasing, sublicensing, or reselling your license key, account credentials, or any access token to any third party for any reason.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, obfuscating, or otherwise attempting to derive, reconstruct, or reproduce source code from any part of the software, its loader, or its associated components, in whole or in part.
• Modifying, translating, adapting, patching, or creating derivative works based upon the software without the prior written consent of GCS Cheats and, where applicable, the original software developer.
• Circumventing, bypassing, removing, disabling, or altering any license verification mechanism, hardware fingerprint binding, HWID check, authentication server, or any other software protection or DRM measure included in the software or its delivery infrastructure.
• Using the software on more simultaneously active machines or hardware configurations than expressly specified in the purchased license tier.
• Providing, disclosing, or transmitting the software loader, executable binaries, DLL files, driver components, configuration files, memory signatures, internal cheat features, or any component or documentation related to the software to any anti-cheat company, game developer, game publisher, platform operator, regulatory body, security researcher, journalist, or law enforcement or government agency for any purpose whatsoever.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or macros to access the GCS Cheats website, customer portal, download servers, or software license validation infrastructure.
• Attempting to bypass, spoof, or manipulate the HWID binding or hardware fingerprinting system in order to use the license on unauthorized hardware.
• Publicly distributing screenshots, recordings, videos, or documentation that reveal internal software features, menu interfaces, configuration options, or detection-evasion methodologies in a way that could aid anti-cheat developers or game publishers in updating their detection systems.

Any use outside the scope of this license is a material breach of these Terms and results in immediate, automatic termination of your license without notice or refund. GCS Cheats reserves the right to enforce this license restriction through technical means, including remote license key revocation, and through legal means, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.

05Prohibited Activities

In addition to the license restrictions in Section 4, the following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Services to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or unlawful activity, including payment fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
• Impersonating GCS Cheats, any GCS Cheats employee or representative, or any other user, whether on this site or in any external channel including Discord, forums, or social media.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, checkout, or any support communication.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its hosting infrastructure, backend systems, license servers, databases, or any connected system or network.
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks, port scans, vulnerability scans, or any other form of security testing or intrusion attempt against GCS Cheats infrastructure or third-party systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Site, its servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, doxxing, or engaging in any abusive, discriminatory, or hostile behavior toward GCS Cheats staff, agents, contractors, or any other user in any channel, including Discord, email, in-game, or on-site messaging.
• Publicly disparaging, defaming, or making false or misleading claims about GCS Cheats, its products, its employees, or its business practices in any public forum, review platform, social media, or communication channel.
• Using the Services to build, support, analyze, or improve any competing software product, business, or service, or to compile competitive intelligence about GCS Cheats' operations, pricing strategy, or software capabilities.
• Uploading, transmitting, or facilitating the distribution of any virus, worm, Trojan horse, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code through any part of the Services.
• Collecting, scraping, harvesting, or otherwise extracting user data, email addresses, IP addresses, or other personal information from the Site, its community channels, or any GCS Cheats infrastructure without prior express written consent.
• Using any portion of the Site or software to facilitate violation of any law, including computer misuse acts, anti-hacking statutes, intellectual property law, consumer protection legislation, or privacy law.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonably large or disproportionate load on the Site's infrastructure or that degrades the experience of other users.

06Anti-Cheat Detection Risk and Software Updates

Game modification software interacts with game processes, memory structures, and system calls in ways that modern anti-cheat systems are specifically designed to detect and penalize. The detection landscape is adversarial, dynamic, and changes continuously. You acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally accept all of the following without reservation:

• No guarantee of undetectability, ever. No game modification software can be guaranteed to be permanently undetected under any conditions. Anti-cheat systems including, but not limited to, Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC), Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), BattlEye, FACEIT Anti-Cheat, Riot Vanguard, ESEA, GameGuard, nProtect, PunkBuster, Warden, Xigncode3, XHSCAN, and all future or successor systems are continuously updated by dedicated engineering teams whose sole purpose is detecting software such as that distributed by GCS Cheats. Any of these systems may detect any software at any time, often without any advance warning.
• Status labels are snapshots, not guarantees. Labels such as "UNDETECTED," "UD," "SAFE," "LOW RISK," or similar terms on product pages, Discord announcements, or any other communication reflect the known status at the time of the most recent internal test conducted on a specific test environment. This status can change within minutes of publication. GCS Cheats assumes no liability for any detection event occurring at any time after purchase, including events occurring within seconds of purchase.
• Update windows and maintenance suspensions. Following a game patch, anti-cheat update, or detection event, products may enter a mandatory update window during which software access may be suspended. The duration of update windows is uncertain and cannot be guaranteed. No refund, license extension, or compensation is owed during such periods unless GCS Cheats explicitly and in writing states otherwise for a specific incident.
• Automated detection bans. Detection by an automated anti-cheat system may result in temporary or permanent in-game bans, Steam/Epic/platform-level bans, HWID bans, IP bans, or permanent exclusion from a game's online services and community. GCS Cheats is not liable for any such outcome under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Manual review bans. In addition to automated detection, game publishers, platform operators, and tournament organizers may employ human review teams that analyze behavioral patterns, game replay data, statistical anomalies, and player reports. Even software that successfully bypasses all automated detection may result in a ban following manual investigation. GCS Cheats is not liable for bans or penalties arising from behavioral analysis, manual review, or any combination of automated and human review processes.
• Third-party software conflicts. The installation of any game modification software may interfere with other software on your system, including other security tools, overlays, streaming software, or system utilities. Such conflicts may themselves trigger detection or ban events. GCS Cheats is not responsible for detection arising from conflicts between our software and any other software installed on your machine.
• Acceptance as a fundamental term. You accept that the inherently adversarial and rapidly evolving nature of anti-cheat technology makes it impossible for GCS Cheats to guarantee ongoing functionality, safety, or undetected status, and you accept this condition as a fundamental, non-negotiable term of your purchase. No verbal representation, Discord message, promotional material, or testimonial from any source changes this fundamental condition.

07Hardware Compatibility and System Requirements

Prior to purchase, you are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying that your hardware and software environment meets all requirements specified on the relevant product page. Failure to perform this verification does not entitle you to any refund or replacement.

• Software products may require specific versions of the Windows operating system (e.g., Windows 10/11, specific build numbers), specific CPU microarchitectures (Intel vs. AMD, specific generations), GPU driver versions, system RAM minimums, disk space requirements, or kernel-mode driver conditions. These requirements are published on a best-effort basis and are subject to change without notice following software updates.
• The use of virtual machines, hypervisors (including VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V), sandboxed environments, container runtimes, or any hardware or software emulation layer is not supported. Software functionality in such environments is not guaranteed, and no refund will be issued for incompatibility arising from emulation or virtualization.
• Certain products (particularly external cheats, DMA (Direct Memory Access) solutions, and hardware-level bypass tools) require the purchase and installation of specific third-party hardware peripherals such as a PCIe DMA card, a custom firmware device, or a secondary PC. The cost, acquisition, installation, and configuration of such hardware is entirely the buyer's responsibility. GCS Cheats does not supply, ship, or warranty such hardware.
• Operating system updates, cumulative Windows patches, driver updates, BIOS/UEFI firmware updates, or changes to hardware configuration made after purchase that result in software incompatibility are not grounds for a refund, replacement, or license extension of any kind.
• Antivirus software, Windows Defender, Secure Boot, Kernel Patch Protection (PatchGuard), Code Integrity enforcement, virtualization-based security (VBS), memory integrity (HVCI), and third-party security tools may conflict with kernel-mode drivers included with the software. Disabling, configuring, or managing such software is the user's sole responsibility. GCS Cheats provides basic setup documentation but assumes no liability for system instability, boot failures, blue screen errors (BSOD), data loss, data corruption, or permanent operating system damage arising from software installation, driver conflicts, or system configuration changes made in connection with use of the software.
• Products labeled "external" or "DMA" may have different hardware requirements than "internal" or "kernel" products. You are responsible for purchasing the correct product for your specific hardware setup. Mistakes in product selection are not grounds for a refund.

08Purchases, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the payment method belongs to you or that you have explicit authorization from the account holder to use it.

GCS Cheats reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors or typographical inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed but before delivery of the license key.
• Refuse, hold, or cancel any order at its sole and absolute discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred, where fraud is suspected, or where delivery would violate applicable law.
• Modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict the availability of any product or service without prior notice or liability to you.
• Require additional identity or payment verification before processing any order, particularly for high-value purchases or in cases where fraud indicators are present.

Prices shown at checkout do not include applicable value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), sales taxes, import duties, customs fees, or any other government-imposed levies. Such charges are the buyer's sole responsibility and will not be absorbed or reimbursed by GCS Cheats under any circumstances.

Cryptocurrency payments, where accepted, are irrevocably final upon the required number of blockchain confirmations as determined by GCS Cheats. Sending cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address, in the wrong amount, in the wrong currency, or on the wrong blockchain network is entirely the sender's responsibility. GCS Cheats accepts no liability and will not issue any replacement, compensation, or refund for such errors. Always independently verify wallet addresses, networks, and amounts before initiating any transfer.

Payments processed through third-party payment gateways (including MoneyMotion, Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, NOWPayments, or any other processor) are subject to that processor's own terms, conditions, and data practices. GCS Cheats is not liable for errors, service outages, processing failures, currency conversion discrepancies, or disputes arising within third-party payment infrastructure. In the event of a payment processor error that results in a double charge or failed delivery, please contact us at the address in Section 30 with proof of payment for investigation.

All payments are processed in the displayed currency. GCS Cheats is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

09Refunds, Replacements, and Digital Content Policy

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

• Software license keys are digital content that is delivered immediately or near-immediately upon payment confirmation. By initiating a purchase, you explicitly consent to and request the immediate delivery of digital content and you expressly and irrevocably waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or "cooling-off" period with respect to digital content made available immediately following purchase, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.
• No refund will be issued due to software detection by any anti-cheat system, regardless of when detection occurs relative to the purchase date, regardless of the detection method (automated or manual), and regardless of whether the product was listed as "undetected" at the time of purchase.
• No refund will be issued due to an in-game account ban, HWID ban, IP ban, platform ban, or any other punitive action taken by a game developer, publisher, platform operator, or anti-cheat provider, regardless of the cause of such action.
• No refund will be issued due to loss, deletion, suspension, or termination of any game account or the loss of any in-game assets, currency, items, rank, progress, or other digital value as a result of detection or enforcement.
• No refund will be issued due to a game update, engine change, anti-cheat patch, or publisher enforcement action that renders the software temporarily or permanently non-functional, regardless of how soon after purchase such an event occurs.
• No refund will be issued due to hardware or software incompatibility that the buyer could have identified prior to purchase by reviewing the stated system requirements published on the product page.
• No refund will be issued due to user error of any kind, including but not limited to: incorrect software configuration, failure to follow setup documentation, failure to prepare the system environment correctly, installation on a previously banned machine, installation on hardware that does not meet the requirements, or use with an unsupported game version or update.
• No refund will be issued due to change of mind, impulse purchase, purchase of the incorrect product, dissatisfaction with feature quality, dissatisfaction with user interface, or dissatisfaction with any feature that was accurately described at the time of purchase.
• No refund will be issued for unused license time remaining on a subscription that is terminated by GCS Cheats due to any breach of these Terms by the buyer.
• No refund will be issued where the buyer has violated any provision of these Terms at any point during the license period.

In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of GCS Cheats management, a replacement license key for the same product may be issued, for example, in cases of a verified technical failure attributable to GCS Cheats and not to user error, hardware incompatibility, or any external factor. Such a replacement, if issued, is a one-time goodwill gesture and does not constitute a right, a warranty, or a precedent for future claims of any kind.

10Fraudulent Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks

GCS Cheats maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment use, and payment disputes initiated in bad faith. By completing any purchase, you unambiguously agree that:

• You will not initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, or "not as described" claim with your bank, credit card issuer, payment processor, or any other financial institution, except in cases of provably unauthorized use of your payment credentials by an unrelated third party without your knowledge or consent.
• Initiating a chargeback after receiving, activating, or using a license key, regardless of whether you were satisfied with the product, constitutes payment fraud and a breach of these Terms. GCS Cheats reserves the right to pursue full recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal channels, including civil litigation, debt collection agencies, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Upon detection of a fraudulent payment, unauthorized payment, or bad-faith dispute, your license key(s) will be remotely and permanently disabled without notice, and all account access will be terminated immediately and without any refund for any remaining license period.
• You will be permanently banned from the Site, all GCS Cheats community channels (including the official Discord server), and from making any future purchases through any payment method, email address, or hardware configuration.
• GCS Cheats reserves the right to submit to payment processors, financial institutions, fraud databases, and relevant authorities all available evidence of fraudulent or bad-faith behavior, including but not limited to: purchase records, order timestamps, IP address logs, geolocation data, hardware fingerprints, email addresses, device identifiers, communication records, and software usage logs.
• GCS Cheats reserves the right to share confirmed fraud information (including email addresses, IP addresses, and hardware fingerprints) with other legitimate software vendors, community operators, and fraud prevention networks for the purpose of protecting the broader software distribution ecosystem.
• You agree to pay a dispute handling fee of up to USD $150 per fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback event, in addition to the original disputed amount, to cover GCS Cheats' administrative costs in processing and responding to such disputes.

11Assumption of Risk

You expressly, voluntarily, and unconditionally acknowledge and assume all of the following risks as a fundamental and non-waivable condition of using the Services. This assumption of risk is made with full knowledge and is not the result of any misrepresentation by GCS Cheats:

• Game account loss. The use of game modification software is a known violation of the terms of service of virtually all major online games and platforms. You accept the full risk of permanent suspension, deletion, or termination of your game account(s) on any platform, including the permanent and irrecoverable loss of any purchased in-game items, virtual currency, cosmetic skins, ranked tier, season pass progress, achievements, NFT-linked assets, or any other digital value associated with those accounts.
• Hardware and device bans. Anti-cheat systems may implement hardware-level bans (HWID bans) that prevent any account created or used on the same physical machine from accessing a game or service, regardless of who created the account. You accept the risk of such bans, including the financial cost and technical complexity of spoofing or replacing hardware components if you wish to resume play on the affected platform.
• Financial loss. You may suffer material financial losses as a result of bans or enforcement actions, including the monetary value of game accounts with real-money purchases, in-game items with secondary market value, paid subscriptions, and related digital assets. GCS Cheats is not liable for any such financial loss under any circumstances.
• Legal exposure. In certain jurisdictions, the use, distribution, or development of game modification software may give rise to civil liability under intellectual property or contract law, or criminal liability under computer misuse statutes, digital millennium copyright acts, or equivalent national legislation. You expressly acknowledge this legal risk and accept sole and exclusive legal, civil, and criminal responsibility for your actions and any resulting legal consequences.
• System instability and data loss. Kernel-level, driver-based, or system-level software may cause hardware instability, BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) errors, boot failures, file system corruption, permanent data loss, or damage to your operating system installation that requires a full reinstall. GCS Cheats is not liable for any damage to your hardware, firmware, software, operating system, or stored personal data that results from installation or use of any software distributed through this site.
• Reputational consequences. Public exposure as a user of cheating software (whether through detection, manual reporting, community investigation, or any other means) may result in reputational damage within gaming communities, permanent community bans, exclusion from tournaments or leagues, and social consequences. GCS Cheats is not liable for any such consequences.
• Uncertain future status. There is no guarantee that any product purchased today will remain functional, available, or undetected at any point in the future, including tomorrow. The purchase price reflects access to the software in its current state as of the purchase date, not any guarantee of future availability or quality.

Your purchase and continued use of GCS Cheats products constitutes your unconditional, informed, and permanent acceptance of all risks described in this section and throughout these Terms. This acceptance is irrevocable and survives termination of your license.

12In-Game Suspensions, Account Bans, and Virtual Asset Loss

GCS Cheats accepts no liability whatsoever for any of the following consequences arising directly, indirectly, or proximately from the use or attempted use of any software distributed through this site:

• Temporary or permanent suspension, restriction, termination, deletion, or shadowbanning of game accounts on any platform or distribution service, including but not limited to Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, Battle.net, EA App, Riot Client, Rockstar Games Launcher, Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation Network, GOG, Origin, or any other digital storefront, launcher, or online service.
• Loss, forfeiture, inaccessibility, or devaluation of any in-game virtual currency, cosmetic items, weapon skins, character skins, vehicle skins, emotes, sprays, stickers, battle pass tiers, ranked rating, competitive standing, trophies, achievements, NFTs, or any other digital asset of real or perceived monetary value.
• HWID bans, MAC address bans, IP bans, phone number bans, or any other device- or identity-level restrictions imposed by game publishers, platform operators, or anti-cheat service providers.
• Competitive ranking penalties, forced demotion, season exclusion, competitive point forfeiture, or permanent exclusion from ranked, competitive, or tournament play on any platform or third-party tournament service.
• Social or reputational consequences within game communities, report-based penalties, community-driven bans, public blacklisting, or exclusion from gaming groups, teams, clans, or organizations.
• Loss of access to linked accounts, social features, friends lists, party systems, or any other online service integrated with the game or platform account.

No refund, compensation, replacement, credit, or other remedy will be issued under any of the above circumstances, regardless of whether the software was in an "UNDETECTED" state at the time of use, regardless of the proximity of the ban to the purchase date, and regardless of whether detection resulted from automated scanning or human review processes.

13Third-Party Games, Platforms, and Services

19Force Majeure

GCS Cheats shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

• Game developer patches, version updates, engine changes, or structural modifications to a game's client, server, or network architecture that disrupt, break, or render non-functional any distributed software.
• Emergency anti-cheat updates, real-time detection signature changes, driver certificate revocations, new kernel-level security measures, or any unilateral action by an anti-cheat provider that renders software non-functional.
• Actions, orders, injunctions, or regulatory directives by game publishers, platform operators, governmental bodies, courts, or regulatory authorities that restrict, prohibit, or compel the suspension of access to or distribution of game modification software.
• Failures, outages, or degradation of third-party hosting infrastructure, content delivery networks (CDN), payment processing systems, software licensing servers, or any other third-party technical service on which GCS Cheats relies.
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, ransomware attacks, unauthorized intrusion into Company systems, or data breaches affecting the Site or its infrastructure.
• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government-imposed restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any other event outside the Company's reasonable control that materially affects its ability to operate.
• Critical security vulnerabilities discovered in the software that require suspension of access to protect users from harm.

During a force majeure event, GCS Cheats' obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow resumption of normal operations. The occurrence of a force majeure event does not entitle you to any refund, license extension, credit, or other remedy unless GCS Cheats, at its sole discretion and in writing, determines to provide one for that specific event. GCS Cheats will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of extended force majeure events via the official Discord server.

20Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product purchased through the Site (including disputes about the validity, interpretation, enforceability, breach, or termination of these Terms) shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in any court. You expressly and irrevocably waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, consolidated proceeding, or representative action of any kind.

• Class Action and Representative Action Waiver: You agree that any claim must be brought solely in your individual capacity. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, may not preside over any class or representative proceeding, and may only award individual relief. This class action waiver is a material and integral term of this agreement. If this waiver is found unenforceable with respect to any claim, that claim must be severed and litigated in court while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
• Mandatory Informal Resolution Period: Before initiating any arbitration proceeding, you agree to provide GCS Cheats with written notice of your claim (including a detailed description of the nature of the dispute, the specific provision(s) of these Terms at issue, and the specific remedy sought) and to allow a minimum of 45 calendar days for good-faith informal negotiation and resolution. Neither party may initiate arbitration during this period. This pre-arbitration notice requirement is a condition precedent to arbitration.
• Arbitration Procedure: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration body under its then-current applicable rules. The arbitration shall be conducted on an expedited basis where possible. The arbitrator's award is final, binding on both parties, and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Seat and Language: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

21Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-law principles or rules that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply.

To the extent that any matter is not subject to arbitration under Section 20, or where arbitration is found unenforceable, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts designated by GCS Cheats for resolution of such matters. You waive any objection to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by such courts and irrevocably waive any defense of inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens) or any similar doctrine.

You acknowledge that a breach of Section 4 (Software License) or Section 5 (Prohibited Activities) may cause GCS Cheats irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would be an inadequate remedy, and that GCS Cheats shall be entitled (without the necessity of proving actual damages, without posting a bond, and without limiting any other remedy) to seek immediate injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where the breach is occurring or is threatened.

22Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by any court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable while preserving, to the greatest extent possible, the original intent and economic effect of the provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had not been included.

23Electronic Communications and Modifications to Terms

• You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right, does not contain any personal data of third parties without their consent, and does not violate any applicable law.
• GCS Cheats is not obligated to publish, acknowledge, respond to, or implement any user-submitted feedback or feature request, and no compensation is owed for any such submission.
• You agree not to submit any false, defamatory, harassing, or illegal content through any GCS Cheats channel. GCS Cheats reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion and without notice.

28Community Rules and Discord

Access to the GCS Cheats Discord server and any associated community channels is a privilege, not a right. In addition to these Terms, use of the Discord server is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Community members must treat all other members and GCS Cheats staff with basic respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, and abusive language are grounds for immediate and permanent ban from the community without warning.
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting cracks, leaked software, pirated license keys, or any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited in the Discord server and will result in immediate permanent removal and potential account termination.
• Spreading misinformation about GCS Cheats products, detection status, or business practices, including false negative reviews coordinated for the purpose of harm, is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• GCS Cheats reserves the right to modify, restrict, archive, or shut down its Discord server or any community channel at any time without notice or obligation to provide any alternative channel.
• Information shared by staff in Discord regarding detection status, update timelines, or product features is provided in good faith on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a binding warranty or guarantee of any kind.

29Modifications to Software and Service Availability

GCS Cheats reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice or liability to you, to:

• Add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, function, product, or component of the Services.
• Change the scope, content, or technical specifications of any product, including reducing available features without refund.
• Discontinue the distribution of any specific product entirely, including if the underlying third-party developer ceases operations, withdraws licensing rights, or is acquired by another entity. In such cases, GCS Cheats is not obligated to provide a substitute product or refund for any remaining license period.
• Impose usage limits, rate limits, simultaneous session limits, or other restrictions on the Services to maintain system performance, security, or compliance.
• Require mandatory software or loader updates as a condition of continued access. Failure to apply a required update may result in loss of access to the software.

The discontinuation of a product or feature does not entitle you to a refund under any circumstances. Where GCS Cheats elects, at its sole discretion, to provide a credit or substitute product in connection with a discontinuation, this represents a goodwill gesture and not a legal obligation.
