Refund Policy

The Dead-Key Guarantee covers a key that fails when it is delivered. Every other sale is final. This page explains both, what support can still do after you buy, and what to do if a payment goes wrong. It is the plain-English version of the refund, payment and chargeback rules in our Terms of Service. If anything here reads differently, the Terms control.

Effective: Version 1.0

At a glance

The seven things people ask most. Each one links to the detail below.

  • A key that fails at delivery is covered. Tell us within 48 hours. If support cannot fix it within 24 hours, you get a working replacement key, or a refund to the payment method you used if no replacement is possible. The guarantee
  • All other sales are final. A key is digital, so it cannot be sent back once you have it. Why sales are final
  • No refunds for detections, bans, game updates, the wrong product or a change of mind. Check the product page before you pay. What is not refunded
  • Support still helps after you buy. Setup help, activation help and HWID resets are free. What support does
  • Paid but no key? That is a delivery problem, not a refund. Send us your proof of payment. Payment problems
  • Nothing renews. Every plan is a single payment for a fixed time, so there is nothing to cancel. How plans work
  • Talk to us before your bank. A chargeback after your key was sent ends your licence and can add a fee of up to USD 150. Chargebacks

The numbered sections below give the full detail. The Terms of Service are the binding agreement.

01If your key does not work: the Dead-Key Guarantee

Dead-Key Guarantee. If your key does not activate, or its download does not work, when it is delivered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If support cannot get it working within 24 hours of your report, we send you a working replacement key. If no replacement is possible, we refund the full US dollar amount of your order to the payment method you used. The guarantee covers a key that fails at delivery. It does not cover detections, bans, game updates, hardware or setup that does not meet the product's requirements, or a change of mind.

This is a firm promise, and it is part of the Terms. Here is how it works.

  • What counts. The key will not activate, or the download that comes with it does not work, when the key is delivered to you.
  • How to tell us. Email us or open a Discord support ticket within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and what happens when you try the key. A screenshot of the error helps.
  • What happens next. Support works on the problem with you first. If the key still does not work 24 hours after your report, we send you a working replacement key.
  • If no replacement is possible. We refund the full US dollar amount of your order to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
  • What it does not cover. Detections, bans, game updates, hardware or setup that does not meet the product's requirements, and a change of mind. The rest of this page covers those.

In the Terms: Section 9, the Dead-Key Guarantee.

02Why every other sale is final

What you buy here is a licence key. It is digital content, and it is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. A physical item can be posted back and sold again. A key cannot. Once you have it, the sale is complete.

When you buy, you ask for your key to be delivered straight away. Section 9 of the Terms says that, by doing this, you give up any cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content, as far as the law where you live allows. See Your legal rights below.

All other sales are final. Apart from the Dead-Key Guarantee, a refund is not a right under the Terms. Section 9 leaves room for store management to make an exception in a rare case, at its own discretion. One exception does not create a rule for anyone else.

In the Terms: Section 9, Refunds.

03What is not refunded

The Terms rule out a refund in each of these cases.

  • Detection. An anti-cheat detects the software at any time after you buy. This applies even if the product said Undetected when you paid. That label only means it passed our most recent check (Section 6).
  • Bans. A ban of any kind, on a game account, HWID, IP address or platform. The same goes for anything lost with the account, such as items, rank or progress (Sections 9 and 12).
  • Game updates. A game patch or anti-cheat update stops the software working, for however long the fix takes (Sections 6 and 9).
  • Your PC. Your hardware or Windows setup does not meet the requirements on the product page. This includes virtual machines, and security settings that block the software's drivers (Section 7).
  • The wrong product, or a change of mind. You bought the wrong product or changed your mind. Or a feature works as described, but it is not what you hoped for (Sections 7 and 9).
  • Setup mistakes. For example, you skipped the setup guide, used a game version that is not supported, or installed on a PC that was already banned (Section 9).
  • Broken rules. Time left on a licence that was ended because the Terms were broken, such as by sharing or reselling a key (Sections 4, 9 and 14).
  • Discontinued products. A product or feature is withdrawn, for example because its developer stops work on it (Section 29).
  • Events outside our control. Outages, attacks and the other events listed in Section 19.

In the Terms: Section 9, Refunds. Section 6, Detection risk. Section 7, Hardware. Section 12, Bans.

04Check these before you pay

The cases above are final, so these checks are worth a few minutes before you pay.

  • Status. Every product page shows whether the product is marked Undetected or Updating. If it says Updating, wait.
  • Requirements. Read the system requirements on the product page. Look for the Windows version, the processor, and any extra hardware such as a DMA card. Virtual machines are not supported (Section 7).
  • The right product. Make sure it is built for your game and your setup. Not sure? Ask on Discord or by email before you buy, and support can check it with you.
  • A short plan first. Where a product offers a short plan, such as 1 Day, you can use it to test your PC before you pay for a longer one.
  • Your email address. If you give an email address for your key, at checkout or on the order page, type it carefully.

In the Terms: Section 7, Hardware and system requirements.

05What support does after you buy

A final sale does not leave you on your own. Support is free, by email or on Discord.

  • Setup and activation. Help getting the loader running and your key activated.
  • A new PC. Your licence is tied to one PC by its hardware ID, or HWID (Section 4). If you change hardware, ask support for a HWID reset.
  • A key that stops working later. If a key stops working because of a proven technical fault on our side, and not because of setup, hardware or an outside cause such as a game update, we may give you a new key for the same product. This is a one-off goodwill gesture, not a right (Section 9).
  • A long update. If a product stays on Updating for a long time, tell support. Extra time or credit is not owed, but the Terms let us offer it in writing for a specific incident (Sections 6, 19 and 29).
  • The wrong product, before you use the key. Contact support before you activate the key. The Terms give no right to swap it, so any swap is our decision (Section 7).

In the Terms: Section 4, Your licence. Section 9, Refunds.

06If something goes wrong with a payment

When you press Buy, you go to the payment processor's own checkout page and pay there. Your payment details go to the processor, not to this site. Every order is charged in US dollars.

  • You paid, but no key arrived. When the payment is confirmed, the order page you reach after paying shows your key, and it can also be emailed to you. If an email is missing, check your spam or junk folder and the address you typed. Then contact us with your order number or proof of payment. A paid order with no key is a delivery problem we look into, not a refund request (Section 8).
  • Your payment is still pending. Your key is sent when the payment processor confirms the payment, not before. Some payment methods take longer to confirm than others.
  • You were charged twice. Contact us with proof of both payments. Section 8 asks for exactly this when a payment processor error causes a double charge, and we will look into it.
  • Checkout showed an error. If checkout shows an error before the payment page opens, nothing was charged. Go back and try again.
  • Prices in other currencies. Prices in other currencies are a guide. Any fee your bank or card issuer adds for the conversion is not refundable (Section 8).
  • Someone used your card or account without permission. Tell your bank or payment provider. This is the one case where the Terms accept a chargeback (Section 10). Please also send us the order number.

In the Terms: Section 8, Payments. Section 10, Chargebacks.

07No subscriptions, nothing to cancel

Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period, such as 1 Day, 1 Month or Lifetime. Nothing renews by itself, and you are never charged again unless you buy again. There is no subscription to cancel.

When your plan's period ends, your licence ends with it (Section 4). If a product is discontinued, time left on any plan, Lifetime included, is not refunded (Section 29).

In the Terms: Section 4, Your licence. Section 29, Service changes.

08Chargebacks and disputes

If a payment went wrong, contact us first. We can only fix what we know about.

Section 10 of the Terms treats a chargeback or payment dispute opened after your key was delivered as a breach. If that happens, these things follow.

  • Your key is disabled for good, and your access to the store and our Discord ends.
  • You can be charged a dispute handling fee of up to USD 150, on top of the disputed amount.
  • We can send our records of the order, such as order times, IP address and hardware ID, to the payment processor to answer the dispute.

The one exception is a card or account that someone else used without your knowledge. In that case, go to your bank or payment provider.

In the Terms: Section 10, Chargebacks.

11Changes to this page

This page explains parts of the Terms of Service in plain English: Sections 4, 6 to 10, 12, 14, 17, 19 and 29. It adds no rules of its own. The Dead-Key Guarantee it describes is the one in Section 9. When those sections change, this page is reviewed and re-dated with them. If the two ever differ, the Terms control.
