What this site and store collect about you, what they deliberately do not, and how to reach us about any of it. This page explains, in plain language, the data practices in Section 24 of the Terms of Service; if anything here reads differently, the Terms control.

01What this website does not do
The unusual part first. This website ships with:
No analytics and no trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting script, no session recording - nothing on any page phones home about your visit. The site's security policy blocks third-party scripts outright.
No accounts. You cannot register here, so there is no profile of you to build. Checkout is guest-only.
No third-party embeds. No external fonts, iframes or social widgets that would let another company watch you browse.
Display preferences you set here (currency, text size, contrast and the other accessibility toggles) are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. They never leave it, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
The site is served through a hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), which processes connection data such as IP addresses as part of delivering and protecting any website it serves.
02What is collected when you buy
A purchase is the first moment we learn anything about you. As described in Terms Section 24, that can include: the email address you give us after payment (used to deliver your license key and receipts), the order and its value, the license key assigned to you, payment method metadata, and the IP address used at the time of purchase.
Your card details go to the payment processor, not to us. We never see or store full card numbers.
03What the software collects
The products sold here enforce their licenses against your machine. At activation, the software can collect hardware identifiers (HWID, CPU ID, disk serials, MAC addresses) and activation logs. Per Terms Section 24, that data is used solely for license validation and fraud prevention, and it is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
04Support conversations
If you write to us by email or on Discord, the content of that conversation is retained for operational and legal purposes - mostly so we can actually resolve your issue and honor your license later.
05When data is shared
Data is disclosed to law enforcement, courts or regulators when required by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, enforce the Terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of GCS Cheats or others. That is the full list of sharing scenarios; there is no data-selling business here.
06Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data above. No measure is perfect: as the Terms put it, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
07Your choices and requests
Questions about what we hold on an order of yours, or a request about that data, go to contact@gcscheats.com - a person reads that inbox. Local display preferences are yours to clear in the browser at any time. And the simplest privacy control on this site is built in: browsing it requires no account, no cookie banner theater, and no consent to tracking, because there is none.
08Changes to this policy
If practices change, this page changes with them, with a new date at the top. Substantive changes get a new version number; we do not silently rewrite history.
