If you encounter an obvious cheater in ranked matchmaking while running the legit config, the config provides no specific advantage over that encounter beyond the standard legit aimbot and ESP. For surviving HvH encounters with a legit config: use the ESP to maintain positional awareness (knowing where the opponent is helps regardless of their anti-aim), play defensively from angles that force them into less effective anti-aim positions, and focus on your team's collective positioning rather than individual duels.
