Cheats can help you aim and let you see other players through walls. No cheat is ever 100% safe from a ban, so it is smart to play in a way that still looks human. Free cheats are risky and often hide viruses, so paid and updated ones are safer.
How fast does support actually respond?
Discord support runs 24/7 and is the fastest channel for technical issues. Email at contact@gcscheats.com is best for billing questions, purchase records, or anything that needs a file attachment, with replies typically within 2 hours. For issues immediately after purchase (key not arriving, activation error on first run) Discord is strongly recommended for the fastest resolution. When opening a support ticket on Discord, including your order number, the specific product name, and your Windows version (10 or 11) speeds up resolution significantly since most technical issues are configuration-specific. Screenshots of error messages are always helpful and can be attached directly in Discord tickets.
I didn't receive my key after buying. What do I do?
Your key appears on the order page as soon as the payment confirms, and you can ask for an email copy there. Some payment methods take a few minutes to confirm. If no key appears, or the email copy never arrives (check spam first), contact support on Discord or at contact@gcscheats.com with your order number or your payment receipt. A paid order with no key is a delivery problem, and support will get the key to you. If the key arrives but will not activate, the dead-key guarantee applies: see the refund policy.
What is the refund policy?
Delivered keys are covered by a dead-key guarantee. If your key does not activate, or its download does not work, when it is delivered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. If support cannot get it working within 24 hours of your report, we send you a working replacement key. If no replacement is possible, we refund the full US dollar amount of your order to the payment method you used. The guarantee covers a key that fails at delivery. It does not cover detections, bans, game updates, hardware or setup that does not meet the product's requirements, or a change of mind. The full policy is on the refund policy page.
How do I actually activate and set up a cheat after buying?
After payment, copy your key from the order page (or from the email copy, if you asked for one), then download the loader as the setup guide linked from that page explains. If the key will not activate at all, that is covered by the dead-key guarantee. Temporarily disable Windows Defender real-time protection before running the loader, cheat loaders trigger antivirus heuristics due to their memory access behaviour, which is a false positive rather than actual malware. Run the loader as Administrator (right-click, Run as Administrator). Enter your licence key when prompted. Then follow the product-specific setup guide included with the purchase, steps vary between products since some require a driver installation step while others inject directly on game launch. Video setup guides for all major products are in the Discord server's setup-guides channel. The most common setup issue is Windows Defender or third-party antivirus quarantining the loader during download or first run, if the file disappears after downloading, check your antivirus quarantine folder and restore it from there, then add the folder to exclusions before running again. Secure Boot in UEFI/BIOS settings occasionally blocks kernel-mode drivers; if a product fails to start after following all steps, checking and temporarily disabling Secure Boot is the next diagnostic step listed in the product-specific guide.
The cheat stopped working after a game update. What now?
Game patches often change the game's memory layout or its anti-cheat, and a cheat stops working until it is updated. Check the status on the product page: Updating means a fix is in progress, and you should not run the old version in the meantime, because that is when detection risk is highest. The Discord announcements channel posts update news. Game updates are not covered by the dead-key guarantee, and the Terms do not owe extra time for an update window, although support can offer it in writing for a specific incident. If a product stays on Updating for a long time, contact support. The refund policy sets out what is covered.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are taken by a third-party payment processor on its own secure checkout page. You enter your card or other payment details there, not on this site, so we never receive them. If you add your email on the order page, it is used to send you a copy of your key. The site is served over HTTPS, and the privacy policy explains what we keep about an order.
Can I use one licence on multiple PCs?
Most licenses are single-machine. They work on one hardware configuration at a time. If you want to use on a different PC, HWID resets are available through support and typically processed within a few hours. Multi-seat licenses exist at higher price points for players who genuinely need multiple machines simultaneously. If you're planning cross-device use, contact support before purchasing and they'll advise on the most cost-effective option for your situation.
How do I cancel a subscription?
There is nothing to cancel. Every plan is a single payment for a fixed period, such as one day or one month, and nothing renews. You are only charged again if you choose to buy again. When the period ends, the licence ends with it.
What is the Discord server for?
The Discord server is the main community hub. Inside you'll find: announcements for cheat status updates and new products, setup guides with video walkthroughs for every product, private support tickets for technical assistance, a config sharing channel, game-specific discussion channels for each supported title, and a general community area. Joining Discord is strongly recommended since status updates during game patches (when cheats temporarily go offline) are posted there first, it's the fastest way to know when a product is back online after an update window. The Discord also hosts a verified-buyer section accessible after linking your purchase that contains detailed configuration guides, community-tested settings for each game's current meta, and direct access to the config-sharing community where experienced users share their personal optimised setups. Do you accept cryptocurrency payments?
No. Checkout runs on our payment processor's secure page, which takes cards, BLIK and the other methods it shows you there. Every order is charged in US dollars, and each plan is a single payment with nothing to renew.
