This serves two purposes: it makes the game less enjoyable for cheaters (because everyone in the lobby is also cheating and skilled at it) and it provides a monitoring period where Activision confirms the ban before making it permanent. Signs of a shadow ban: queue times jump to 10-20 minutes even during peak hours, lobbies feel far more competitive than your rank suggests, and connection quality warnings appear. Shadow bans typically last 1-2 weeks before converting to a permanent ban or being lifted if the account passes the monitoring period.

Shadow bans are triggered by a combination of reports and automated stat analysis. Behavioral approach: keep your win rate below 25-30% in standard lobbies, avoid 40+ kill games that generate clips other players report, spread damage across multiple enemies rather than single-target domination, and don't use high-kill sessions on the same account repeatedly without some average-performance games mixed in. The report trigger is the most practical risk - a viral clip of obvious cheating generates thousands of reports at once. Playing on a separate account from your main, and keeping rage sessions on accounts you don't mind losing, is the practical solution.

BO6 ranked uses the same Ricochet as Warzone. In multiplayer's fast-paced format, legit cheat settings are extremely effective - engagements are short-range and fast, so even light aimbot assistance and no-recoil converts directly into consistent wins. Keep your K/D below 3.5 in ranked to avoid Activision's automated stat anomaly triggers - above this threshold accounts face increased scrutiny. The no-recoil scripts are particularly impactful in BO6 because of the game's low time-to-kill, where spray control in close-quarters determines the outcome of most engagements.

For Warzone specifically: smoothness at 5-7 (Warzone targets move faster than CS2 targets so you need responsive tracking), FOV at 50-70px, silent aim at 10-20% max, no-recoil at 100% for your primary, triggerbot off or with 80ms+ delay. The critical Warzone-specific consideration is FOV - too small and the aimbot misses fast-moving targets in mid-range pushes, too large and it locks onto enemies behind cover and creates obvious magnetic tracking. Silent aim at low percentages gives a subtle accuracy boost on sprays that looks like excellent control rather than aimbot.

Both - the loot ESP has genuine strategic value in Warzone's loot economy. Filtering to only show gold/purple loot on drop means navigating directly to the best weapons on the map before opponents reach them, which determines your combat capability for the entire early game. Cash markers for buy station planning, armor ESP, and killstreak locations all impact your resource advantage. In the late game, knowing exactly where the last few squads are positioned through the final circle is where ESP converts most directly to wins - you can choose your final position based on full information about every remaining enemy rather than guessing.
